Maureen Fraser is responsible for establishing and implementing the vision for the field at the Foundation, developing priorities and budgets, and measuring overall chapter progress. This includes overseeing fundraising, volunteer engagement, community outreach, and staff hiring and management with a focus on providing supporting tools, training and recognition for chapter staff. Maureen began her career with the CF Foundation in 1979 as a district director in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and then served as the executive director of the Georgia Chapter from 1981 through 2002. During her tenure, the Georgia Chapter special events grew significantly, and she was honored with the Executive Director Award of the Year in 1987 and 1992. Maureen was promoted to director of field management in 2002 and has served in numerous roles since then in the Field and Fundraising Department, currently as senior vice president of field management.
